In this case, the only SEO addon currently in use is RankMath.

Freelance writers, like Ruby, can utilize specific features of RankMath for content moderation.

1. Ensure you have the RankMath Plugin installed and activated on your site.
2. Enable the RankMath Addon, as using it with PostX is necessary.

Once the admin grants access to the RankMath SEO plugin for Ruby, she can now use it within her Front End Gutenberg Editor.

By default, your freelance writer won’t have all the permissions.

5. Deleting the post from the site.

Now, if the site admin checks the post section, they’ll find the post along with information on who submitted it for review

Once Ruby finishes, she can submit it for review again. If the admin has notifications turned on, they will get an email confirming that the changes have been made and the post is ready for another review.
